"We had a great stay at San Carlos Plaza. Its location offers a quiet area amid the stunning mountains and a beautiful bay at the Sea of Cortes. The property is well kept, it has plenty of parking space and the staff is very attentive. The room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the cafeteria but had dinner at Los Arbolitos, which offered plenty of choices, generous portions and great service, in front of the beach. All in all, our 2-night stay was a very enjoyable!"

"Booked a room online and when we went to check in there were none of those rooms available . So we were given two rooms for the same amount of ppl that were on the reservation . We went into the room and there were people laying on the bed so we had to go back down and wait an hour to be given another room . All the ice machines didn’t work and the wifi was bad also"

"Everything was great, only suggestion is that they need to provide more than 1 extra roll of toilet paper."

"The room we had was a two bedroom “honeymoon suite” , the view from the 4th floor was beautiful, the windows are sliding doors so you feel like you are on an outside patio when windows are open. The kitchen is well appointed, but bring your own coffee-none supplied. Bring own toiletries as well. The building has paper thin walls so you hear everything! The space was clean-modern style that has seen some wear. Staff helpful"

"This okay was much cleaner than the last time I stayed there. I have not tried the restaurant. The bar cocktails are okay. It’s easy to find and not too bad of a place to stay. Walking to stores and restaurants and the marina. Less scented cleaning products would be an improvement. It can also be noisy in the hallways at night. "
