Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
Poolside was besutiful but i waited for 45 minutes to be served at the poolside restaurant and eventually went somewhere else because i never got served although the table beside me who sat down after me had drinks and appetizers within 15 minutes

Very long, slow line to check in. Room with 1 king bed was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, but clean. Bed comfort was average. Tub faucet was leaking with a steady flow that was loud.
