Figuring which was the right door to our place was a bit confusing, but other than that everything was wonderful. So close to the city and very quiet.

Cute but unfortunately not for us
This property just was not for us. We overlooked the majority of the things, but once it got to three and four things we were not able to overlook it anymore. We ended up having to check out after only being there for a couple of hours. When we arrived we were expecting a different neighborhood. The code to get into our room did not work but the key did. The entryway is extremely small. You have to keep the front door open in order to access your room. There are also three doors in the entryway, causing confusion when you arrive as to what door is yours. My husband did not care for the graffiti on the wall, but we overlooked that. The cable did not work and was going in and out. We decided to take a nap as we were tired from traveling. The queen size bed advertised, appeared to be two mattresses put together. You could see a gap between them horizontally. I have severe spine and neck problems, and was not able to get out of bed after the nap due to my back spasms. My husband had to help me through the tears and pain. We checked out and left having to scramble to find some place else to stay. I immediately contacted the owner. We did not hear from him so I contacted him again the next day. We came to an agreement that I would pay for 2 days and he would pay for 2 days. No refund on cleaning or other fees. However was happy to get some of our money back.

Enjoyable stay
Location was great ! Quiet neighborhood very clean and and comfortable. You do have to be careful with the door threshold because you have to step inside and to get to the bathroom you have to clime 2 steps so if your disabled it would be a little challenging. Our experience was good, and we hope to stay again sometime.

Owner of this property is very nice. The property it self was as expected. Very clean, easy access, fairly central to all locations we visited, able to park right in front of property and very quite neighborhood. We will stay here again! Only downside...spent a lot of money in parking near riverwalk and uber prices were ridiculous. However, this is not the problem of the property owner.

Can't ask for more
Everything was as described on Vrbo. The studio is ideal for a single, or for a non-moody couple. The smart TV had Netflix. The street is in a quiet neighborhood, although not far from a busy street. Pablo is a hospitable host, attentive to detail. (The studio shares a wall with another, larger rental unit, the patios separated by a high fence. )

All Good Except the TV
Studio was fine except for the smart tv. There should be written instructions by the tv that tells the guest how to operate it. It was very frustrating. I still never really got the hang of it. Could not find tv stations at all.
