Overall is good, but the hotel needs some updates. They should put more elevators since is a big hotel, There is no parking available You can park at the street which during the day could be a pain in the ass. But overall breakfast was good

Buy mattress sheets!!

Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross.

O quarto que nós colocaram primeiro além de não ser o que pagamos, estava com Cheiro de morfo. E por sermos 3, era apertado. Então trocamos para um de quatro que foi o que pagamos, porém não idêntico, pois como estávamos de casal e com a sogra, queríamos privacidade, e escolhemos o quarto quádruplo pois nas fotos ao reservamos era um só quarto porém com divisórias e ainda tinha varanda, a qual no que nós colocaram não tinha. Além disso, o café da manhã não tinha variedade, e nem tinha opção de pedir algo pra ser feito. A piscina estava cheia de areia do dia q chegamos ao dia que partimos, o que nos sugere que n foi limpa.

Dois pontos que não gostei no hotel alguns funcionário da rede Andrade da Barra na recepção estão sempre de cara fechada se responde oque perguntamos , as moças que trabalham no café algumas tbm , mas tem outras de educação de atenção foi show , e as camareiras só poe 1 tapete no quarto e tbm levam as toalhas e não deixam de volta !

Bom atendimento dos colaboradores, área de lazer excelente, ótima localização, café da manhã ok, mas a infraestrutura do hotel deixa a desejar. Pior hotel que eu já fiquei. Começando pela chegada no hotel, o estacionamento é em uma rua lateral porém só conseguimos entrar depois do checkin, nesse tempo não tem onde estacionar. O quarto tem uma porta para o quarto do lado, onde escutamos TUDO que os outros hóspedes conversam. Qualquer barulho da pra ouvir. Torneira do banheiro vazando. Quando da descarga no outro quarto, faz um barulho no encanamento do nosso. Recepcionistas sem preparos, nenhum carisma ou cordialidade. O café todo dia a mesma coisa. Estacionamento apertado mesmo sendo pago. Não trocaram nem um dia as toalhas(ficamos 4 noites) nem lençóis. O quarto eles só arrumavam a cama mas não limpavam. A localização é ótima, porém precisam melhorar muito.

Ficamos no 11° andar onde o elevador não chega. Apenas até o 10° andar. A vista é linda do quarto porém o hotel tem as instalações antigas que precisam melhoras como uma infiltração no balcão do banheiro a porta que dava acesso avaranda não fechava.
