Well located, but tired premises. Somewhere between a hostel & a hotel. The room we stayed in was very tired & very steep stairs (60 ) with no lift. Excellent location 5 minutes from the square

It is located right at the historic centre. The owner upgrades my room with good sunset view of the sea. The posada does not have lift but the owner was kind enough to help bringing my luggage up to 3/F. English is not spoken. Breakfast has little choices but enough to fill my stomach.

Since we arrived tried to contact Expedia that we were upset about the room but due to poor internet connection could not get thru. Had to walk steep stairs to the 3rd floor, of an old building, huffing n puffing, rattan on chairs tattered, dilapidated mattress, filthy bacteria laden string to pull flush, toilet cover cracked, insecure seat, lumpy pillows, old stained mirror, breakfast laid out in old plastic containers.Horrible! Pics on website deceiving, upset! Only saving grace were staff and lady who cooked breakfast offered us scrambled eggs on second last morning.breakfast area colourful but had shoddy curtains and laundry sheets - we had no idea what we were getting into as we booked a package air and hotel. We have booked a lot of travel with Expedia but this was the worst. Moved to second floor mattress better. Imagine walking up and down those steep stairs - had to take a break to catch our breath. Not used to these standards. Upsetting experience.

Os colchões são bons e a simpatia do Eduardo e do Huan sublimam qualquer carência , por ventura existentes . Como a pousada fica num prédio histórico , são escadas , para quem tem problema de locomoção não é indicada . Sugiro que levem produtos pessoais de higiene, como sabonete , shampoo. No quarto tem frigobar, assim levem água e afins , fiquei num quarto de frente para a rua e fiquei de camarote ouvindo música e tomando minha cervejinha . Devo voltar mais vezes , embora more em Salvador , gosto de curtir o Pelourinho em sua essência , ou seja, dormindo por lá … principalmente se ficar no segundo e terceiro andar .Sugiri que leve

Excelente custo beneficio

Acomodações antigas, com escadarias longas mas os predios do Pelourim sao assim mesmo, recepcionista simpaticos que nos receberam bem e nos deram dicas de segurança e locais para nos alimentar, no centro de tudo, bem na rua do pelô proximo ao elvador lacerda, praça do largo, de lojinhas, excelente localização.

Atendimento excelente, do proprietário e dos funcionários. O prédio é antigo, pois fica bem no centro histórico, precisa de algumas manutenções, mas nada que desabone a estadia. Um ótimo custo benefício. Da para fazer tudo a pé no pelourinho

Hotel foi ótimo custo benefício!Bem localizado no pelourinho,bem pertinho da casa Jorge Amado(Uber não pode circular nas ruas do pelourinho,tive que subir a ladeira e andar uns 10 minutos até hotel,não sabia disso antes).Atendimento da recepção e copeira são perfeitos!Estrutura do hotel é casarão antigo, mas pode melhorar principalmente o banheiro(alguns pisos quebrados,descarga é antiga,único espelho do quarto é na pia do banheiro e só se ver rosto de tão pequeno,ao tomar banho vaza água do box para lado de fora,box muito apertado e sou pequena).Cama confortável,ar funciona bem.Cafe da manhã bem simples.Ferro de passar somente na lavanderia.Nao tem secador de cabelo como diz na descrição do hotel.Acesso ao quarto somente por escada,que é bem inclinada,quem tem dificuldade de locomoção essa não é melhor opção.Pode usar bebedouro da cozinha.Fiquei no terceiro andar e não pega wi-fi.
