"If you are a senior pick out of season times. This resort is "family focused" and it is difficult to enjoy the ammenities when families flood in. There is some walkable eateries nearby. Grocery store about a mile away. Coffee shop inside but hours vary. Not a place for peace and quiet. Rooms large but no daily housekeeping. Outdoor pools not heated. Require transportation to get around. Public bus stops at 52nd ave. "

"We got a lower priced room with no view. It was more of a motel type room where the door and window faced the walkway outside. The room was large and clean. We didn’t have any issues. Next time we likely will get ocean view ata minimum. "

"It was a busy weekend and they were a little behind with getting rooms ready but the staff was great about keeping me up to date and I appreciate all that they did to get us in. Everyone so very friendly and accommodating."

"The location is the only thing this place has going for it. Room was run down, quite hours not enforced, I had to fix both doors upon entering. So yeah it's cheap, but you are getting what you pay for. "
