"Dreadful is an understatement. The hotel was dirty, flies all over the room, the air conditioning didn’t work, it was inefficient, noisy and dripped water onto my husband all night. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Restaurant wasn’t open until 9 pm at night and only one choice, chicken. Tables in the restaurant area were dirty. The area around the hotel is not great, absolutely nowhere to get anything to eat. However it is close to the airport. This must be one of the worst places I have ever...

"We had a fabulous four night stay at Kkala Boutique Hotel, all the team are super friendly and helpful, hotel has many gorgeous areas for sitting inside and out as well as a nice pool area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It's a short walk to a number of good restaurants and an easy uber into the centre of town."
