Ideal for two - can sleep up to 3 guests

Cozy little cottage set within a peaceful and practical location. Enjoy close walks to town (approx 35 min), trails, and nearby Ocean access.

Space: Built in the early 2000s, the small cottage has a good-sized outdoor deck. The cottage boasts a quaint homey feel and is well equipped with amenities such as a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, washer & dryer.

Please note: Non-registered (at the time of booking) guests are not allowed
The cottage is not infant/child-proofed.

The space: The cottage is located on private land, close to town. (35 min walk or 5 min drive by car)

The kitchen has a small seating area for two. We highly recommend enjoying the island's multicultural cuisine.
After all, it’s your little vacation away from home :)

Guest access;
You have access to the full cottage, 2 bedrooms; one with a one single bed and one bedroom with a queen bed, living room, bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, kitchen and small eating area, plus the beautiful deck outside with two benches to slow down and enjoy the island magic.

Other things to note;
The couch/sofa in the living room is a futon
The kitchen dining area allows two people seating at the table - it is not a big space

NOTHING except human waste and "LOW" toilet paper are allowed to be flushed down the toilet!

Allow max 3 people to stay at our cottage.

Lovely Retreat!We had a delightful 4-night stay at Huy and Ramona’s little blue and white cottage! The location was ideal—close to town by car yet in a tranquil, private setting, surrounded by tall trees and nature. The immaculately kept cottage is well laid out with a good size living area and two well appointed bedrooms. We appreciated having a desk/chair available for laptop use. The bedroom blinds were an effective blackout option, along with comfortable mattresses and good general lighting and reading lamps. The cozy bathroom provides the necessary basics, with good shower pressure and the thoughtful touch of natural shampoo, conditioner. and body wash. We felt like we were on a retreat, yet the owners were close by if needed. Huy greeted us in person which was a lovely gesture. The cottage and owners represent all the best of what Salt Spring Island has to offer!

Our first impression was that the property was bright and inviting. Unfortunately there were some downsides after we got settled. It’s on a busy road so the ferry traffic wasan early morning issue in the front bedroom.I know there is nothing that can be done about this but it is a thing. Also the living room is not very comfortable. It needs abetter sofa and an easy chair or two. But the most unsettling thing were the ants in the bathroom at night. Big ants. Crawling everywhere. We wouldn’t be inclined to stay again.

Cottage oasis

This was a beautiful and quaint little cottage that suited our needs for a lovely 3 nights on Salt Spring. The decor made it feel like you were at the beach and we were able to enjoy and relax while being there. The host kindly greeted us at our arrival and made us feel very welcomed with offerings with answers to any questions we had. Not too far from Ganges, so close to lots of amenities. However, we did enjoy sitting on the deck and in the chairs in the yard reading and listening to the birds. You won’t be disappointed with this place!

Beautifully maintained little cabin. It has everything needed for a quiet, comfortable stay. Really enjoyed sitting on the covered front porch in the morning & evening, listening to birds and spotting deer. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. A great source of information for all things Salt Spring!

Self contained unit that was fully equipped. Clean and quiet. Close to Ganges - many shops and restaurants. Hosts were very receptive and provided additional about the area, activities and schedules. The cottage was located in a beautiful natural area.

The place was very cute and clean. A few things prevented us from rating this higher: the bathroom sink drained very slowly; the bathroom was overall very small; we had to kill a few ants each day despite the ant trap; there were spider webs around the head of the bed; and the shower curtain was stained.

Cute Cottage

The little blue and white cottage was perfect for my friend and I. It was clean and quiet and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. A delay in communication regarding check in caused a bit of confusion but everything worked out and we enjoyed our stay.
