Boasting a hot tub, fuse ball table, jetted tub, two living rooms, 4 bathrooms, a deck, bbq, & fast wifi, your whole group will enjoy our spacious home nestled up against the Wasatch Mountains right in between Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon. 15 to 20 minutes to Snowbird & Alta and 25 to Solitude & Brighton, 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake, 25 minutes to the airport & still only 30 minutes to Park City. Walk to a park & tennis courts & only a few minutes drive to grocery store & restaurants.
No pets.

No parties or events.

No extra guests.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.

Next best thing to ski in ski out

The location is great. Just outside of and in between both canyons. So 27 minutes to Brighton/Solitude and 18 minutes to Alta/Snowbird. No frills, but a nice simple place to stay. With easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and the canyons.

Great communication and great ski location

Communication was great with the property manager, both before checkin and during stay. We had a couple issues and response was prompt, although a couple of the issues couldn't be fixed such as the fireplace didn't work and couldn't find remotes for a couple tvs.If you're skiing in Big or Little Cottonwood canyons this is a great location if you are driving, easy access to both. Nice park nearby too. About 25 minute drive to downtown SLC.The unit is a little more dated than what it looks in the pictures, but had plenty of room and everything we needed. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing!

Perfect location for snowboard trip...

This property was perfect for a group of friends on a snowboard trip. Location is great for mountains, places to eat, and close to downtown.The unit was clean, well stocked, and comfortable.Check in and communication was easy and fast.Would definitely consider staying again.

Convenient and clean

Our two families of three generations really enjoyed this house for a ski trip. With the basement having one bedroom, its own bathroom, and living room, there was more than plenty of room for everyone and all of our gear! There could be a few more large cooking pots and pans, but we made it work. We shared meals at the large dining room table and soaked in the hot tub after powder-filled days at the slopes. With no traffic, this home is only 15 min from Snowbird/Alta and 25 min from Solitude/Brighton!

Great location for a ski trip

Super convenient location. Nothing fancy but easily accommodated 4 adult friends for a ski trip. Check-in and check-out a piece of cake. Kitchen equipment a bit lacking. (e.g. no cookie sheet or broiler pan, one decent sized frypan)

The house was awesome! Location was great. We had trouble getting the TV to work & the manager got right back to us—it was great. The only thing was we noticed hair elastics behind the night stand. Old jerky & garbage in the corner of the living room. So it wasn’t cleaned real well. And the hot tub would not heat above 103 and was very loud. Other than those few problems we loved our time together.

Centrally Located

We came to Utah for a beautiful fall weekend. We loved the location in relation to Big Cottonwood Heights and Little Cottonwood Heights and the hiking trails.it was plenty big for our family and the teens loved having their “own” space in the basement. Our favorite part was the soak in the hot tub at the end of an active day. Thank you for sharing your place!

Great place for a Utah Ski getaway

We had an great time. This listing is accurate. Garage can fit two large vehicles. But the best part is location, location, location. You can not beat the it for convenience to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon and a Smiths grocery store and gas station is only a 3 minute drive away. Everything we needed for an awesome ski getaway!
