The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — elegant, pristine, and undeniably luxurious. Every detail, from the grand chandeliers to the beautifully maintained grounds, reflects a level of sophistication that is rare to find. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with spectacular views of both the mountains and the city skyline. Waking up to that view each morning made the experience even more special. The amenities are equally impressive — high-end, beautifully maintained, and perfectly curated to create a relaxing and refined atmosphere. The restaurant and café were exceptional; everything we tried was delicious, and the ambiance elevated each meal into an experience rather than just dining. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in the United States. It added such a memorable touch to our trip and made it feel extra special. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salt Lake City."

"Our room was spacious and clean. We had a good view of a portion of downtown Salt Lake City. What was wonderful was the breakfast! We stayed for 4 breakfasts and each day the main hot entree was different! The staff was friendly and greeted us every time we arrived and left. We loved our stay and we plan to stay here again on our next visit to SLC, UT!"
