「This is our first time staying at the hotel. We were there because our daughter was having a serious surgery nearby. The staff from the valet, to the desk staff, bellmen and concierge all knew our names, were pleasant, courteous and professional. Rooms were large, clean and bright and the property had 3 great restaurants and bars. Ashley, the concierge was so nice to our family, and helped us with all of our requests. Property is a 10 and we extended our stay for another week.」

「We had such a great stay. The property was so much fun, the staff was incredible, and food was great. Shout to Victoriya, the innkeeper, she did a fantastic job taking care of us. Will definitely return.」

「Only downside was that they charge for WiFi. Today, even most lower tier hotel offer WiFi for free. That would make it easy to access the WiFi. As a member, it was free for me, but I still had to go through the hassle of connecting. I kept getting error messages so I changed my password. Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. It should just connect by my room number.」

「The property was very clean. The few interesting things was that the room air conditioner is controlled remotely by the host, it was not as cold as expected. There’s no breakfast provided on the weekend, just coffee and pastries.」
