Mooi hotel, goede locatie. Maar het eten is DRAMATISCH. We hadden revieuws gelezen en aan de hand daarvan er van uit gegaan dat het goed te doen was. Maar daar in tegen was het vreselijk. Bij het ontbijt waren de broodjes taai, de eieren of rauw of groen. Bij het avond eten is alles lauw tegen het koude aan. We hebben 1x avond gegeten en 2x ontbijt terwijl we recht hadden op 7x totaal. Kamers zijn schoon maar heel gehorig! Konden hele gesprekken van onze buren horen, als we de taal hadden kunnen verstaan. Verder is het wel een top locatie. En heel vriendelijk personeel.

Fab hotel, great location & spotlessly clean
Lovely hotel, food is excellent, spotlessly clean. The pools are great, plenty of sunbeds available. Reception go that extra mile & the rest of the staff are polite & helpful too. Our room this stay was a bit too small, there was only about 12inches between the end of the bed to the shelves in front. Downside there is no tea & coffee making facilities in the room.

Hotel Recomendable
Hotel recomendable!!! tranquilo, agradable. El problema ha sido el aparcamiento en esa zona, es insufrible no querer mover el coche por luego el volver a aparcar. Pero el hotel merece la pena tanto en situación, comodidad estando allí.

Die Liegen am Pool waren verschimmelt und dreckig - Sie wurden weder Abends noch morgens gewaschen. Man konnte also am Pool nicht liegen.(siehe Fotos). Das Essen war verschimmelt und lag im Wasser rum (siehe Fotos) darüber hinaus gab es jeden Tag dasselbe und meine Begleitung hatte eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Eine Kakerlage ist unter dem Buffet-Tisch rausgekrabbelt. Die Gläser und Tassen waren alle angebrochen und kaputt (siehe Foto) als auch die Teller (siehe Foto). Der Aufzug war sehr dreckig (siehe Foto) und man musste immer lange warten. Beim Frühstück wurde nie abgeräumt und es war sehr dreckig (siehe Foto). Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich!

Excellent hotel
Excellent location and a suberb hotel. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were big enough. We stayed on a half board basis and their was enough food variety at breakfast and dinner. Prices of drinks were similar to the bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The only few negatives were that there was limited sun beds around the pool area and they charge 2 Euro to rent a pool towel

Good place to stay
Very clean hotel which is only a few minutes from the beach and seaside bars and restaurants... staff very helpful. Rooms are good for a short stay or simply for a base during visit here... would stay here again!

Hyggelig hotell meget sentralt
Hyggelig hotell og ansatte.Uhyre treg innsjekking, men da vi endelig fikk sjekket inn gikk alt på skinner. Stor pluss for at det alltid var ledige solsenger ved bassenget uansett tid på dagen. Frokosten var også bra .Sørg for å bestill rom mot bassenget hvis du vil ha det stille og rolig om natta. På baksida av hotellet ligger det en disco pub med høy musikk til langt på natt.Anbefaler også også Guiness restauranten rett over gata, meget god mat og service.

Great location... Great hotel.
Great room, comfort and cleanliness. Close to everything and in a nice area. However, pool was freezing, seriously! Very close to beach, no more than 2mins across road. Ask for high level room for views overlooking main pool area.

Salou byder på fest og mange, mange badegæster samlet på et sted - rigtig meget turistet. Hotellet var slet ikke noget for os - stor industri og turist all inclusive i sin stil. Maden ok, men "spisesalen" man indtager maden i er absolut så ucharmerende som man overhovedet kan forestille sig. Personalet ikke særlig smilende eller imødekommende.

No es lo que esperábamos, para estar entre los primeros de TRIVAGO. De un hotel 4 estrellas se espera algo mas. Pagar cosas al contado como Internet, no se entiende. No quieren hacer factura. Tienes que avisar antes de tomar una bebida, si quieres que te lo carguen a la habitación.

great location and clean hotel. only downside is the pool is freezing and you have to pay extra for the safe and even the fridge ! the food was ok but nothing special. would not return to salou or this hotel.
