With an eat-in kitchen that overlooks Salida's Riverside Park, you'll be well nourished, relaxed, and rejuvenated in no time during your stay at the HJP Suite. *This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salida. There are working restaurants and bars in the area. Be prepared for a truly urban experience.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchenette, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Wonderful location

Awesome location within downtown salida. You can walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. Awesome views and super interesting history of the hotel/condo. Would def stay again in the future.

Spacious with great views and perfect location

Great space. Nice king bed and spacious room including bathroom and shower even though it’s an older converted and renovated apace. Kitchen is perfect and had all we needed as only there one night. Views are great of River street and park and on 3rd floor. We were fine with stairs but other guests should note no elevator. We’ve stayed at this location before and it’s a great way to enjoy walkable Salida. .

Excellent stay at the suite! We locked ourselves out of the room briefly and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us back in quickly. Very clean, very quiet, great amenities and location in Salida. Highly recommend this suite and the host. Thank you!

Palace Hotel 302

It’s a bit more rustic than the pics would let on, but still very nice. We were only there for a short stay, but the room was big, bathroom was good, and the kitchen adequate. Might not be the greatest for a longer stay - it only had a mini fridge but the freezer portion actually worked! Would definitely come back on a future trip.

Perfect location - Cool room

My wife spent the night on our last day of touring the state on our motorcycle. Zero complaints, it was the perfect location and everything was walkable. The room was clean with an uber-soft bed. Excellent pizza and tasty beer next door overlooking the river.

Great communication, easy check in, extremely clean, walking distance to everything downtown. A great place and we would stay again. Only thing slightly negative is no hair conditioner provided. Make sure to bring your own.

Great location in Salida

Great location and spacious suite; had all the amenities I needed. I knew in a historic hotel there wasn't an elevator, so the stairs weren't a surprise. Got lots of exercise! Right across the street from Riverside Park and the Riverwalk so I didn't have to drive once I arrived.

Location is perfect. The view is aweseome. Salida is awesome. The place has incredible character and everything you could possibly want. I absolutely loved it so much that I started researching how I could possibly buy a place in the building. If you stay here, you won't regret it. Frickin' perfect.

A piece of history

The unit was super cool! Like stepping back in time. The entire building gave this charm of the early 1900s that it was built in perfectly! Only thing missing was a haunted presence, but still an awesome building and unit. Location couldn’t be better for Salida! 10000% recommend!

The one problem for us might not bother you

I would rate the cleanliness and location with 5 stars. We arrived on a late August day when the weather was perfect and the temperature a comfortable 78 in the late afternoon. When we entered the apartment it was freezing cold. The simple solution would have been to turn of the air-conditioner and open the windows unfortunately due to safety and probably temperature retention the windows have a solid glass interior piece that makes the operable windows inaccessible. It is too bad they did not find a solution that would allow you to get some fresh air into the apartment. To be fair the bathroom window can be opened about 8 inches. It looked like the windows on the second floor of the building opened and had screens.
