First the hotel is in the middle of nothing, is possible arrive without a car. The beach's very ugly, the pool also. The hotel has a very old installation, the room was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable, they were some ants . The restaurant only give you the option of a menu for 25 euros, you can’t not ask just a dish The service ? Mmm useless, supposedly they gave me the bus times and they were wrong. The guy from the gas station ( the only commerce there) help me to leave that place I had 2 Nights and I just stayed one, they told the website where I made the reservation that they would gave a parcial refund but after I leave it seams they change their mains

Many maintenance issues are in the room, so far from everything. Reception staff were rude. The beach of the hotel is not free for hotel guest. Breakfast was ok.

We only stayed one night and checked in the afternoon but it did not look like the photo. Lift was tiny and very old. Breakfast was fine. I would suggest eating out for lunch and dinner as it was €25 for dinner and we discovered it to be much cheaper out. The local supermarket makes sandwiches that were divine and cheap.

Et fordums badehotell. Artig opplegg. Vi ble litt forundret da alle måltider ble servert til alle gjester på samme tid. Det ble vi ikke informert om, noe som ble litt trøblete for oss. Men det er gode restauranter i området, rett inn i landet, som mer en veier opp for at vi ikke fikk med oss middagsseevering. Veldig hyggelig personale. Litt slitt hotell, men rent og pent. Vi koste oss i to dager her!

L’animazione è il punto debole del hotel cucina buona con buffet e colazione abbondante anche per intolleranti al glutine e lattosio .. ma l’animazione fa perdere parecchi punti .. ragazzi invadenti e poco educati specialmente con i turisti … senza professionalità specialmente con i bambini

Esperienza pessima

Gentilezza e informazioni inesistenti . Parcheggio vero punto dolente ...nei fine settimana la struttura ospita ricevimenti e ti ritrovi a dover parcheggiare la tua auto in mezzo a terreni lontani dall'hotel. Pulizie superficiali, sotto al letto trovi di tutto ..., il primo girono abbiamo trovato la tenda strappata che poi hanno sostituito il giorno dopo. Al ritorno da un'escursione abbiamo trovato la porta della camera aperta con tv accesso . Colazione con pochissimo salato, e prodotti di bassa qualità . Sicuramente non torneremo

bella struttura grande ,buona colazione anche se ripetitiva,camere discrete la mia per 4 persone un po' stretta . potenziale alto. Davanti al mare ottima la posizione ma non la zona assolutamente no troppo isolata intorno il nulla!! è stato sicuramente più piacevole per la presenza davanti della spiaggia e della bella vista sul mare. Punti negativi a mio modo di vedere della struttura la pulizia soprattutto delle tovaglie sala colazioni sporche del giorno prima ( e non da altri visto che arrivavamo per primi) e chiesto il cambio tovaglia e l'hanno fatto anche se mi hanno fatto percepire un po' di naso storto nel farlo.nota dolente pulizia biancheria in camera con capi sporchi ,trovato anche asciugamano con insetto schiacciato all'interno e comunicato alla reception dicendoci che avrebbero provveduto a comunicarlo alla ditta che pulisce la biancheria ma cmq non ce l'hanno cambiati Pulizia piscina non ci siamo proprio acqua sporca e fondale sporco sempre anche la mattina appena aprivano. telefono idem , wifi inesistente pensiero comune anche di altri clienti presenti. Si doveva scendere giù in piscina per avere un pochino di linea . Io ci tornerei per la location perché la struttura vale e la vista sul mare e la spiaggia vale tutto..... Per la posizione direi proprio no ....isolata , sulla litoranea per andare da qualche parte dovevi fare almeno 10/15 km....ma sono gusti personali , ma per la struttura in se ci tornerei volentieri.Buona animazione.

Ottima notte in hotel

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte con la mia famiglia. L'esterno dell'hotel presenta una bella piscina con sdraie ed ombrelloni inclusi nel prezzo del soggiorno. Il personale risulta disponibile e cortese. Ambiente intimo e familiare. La sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante all'interno della struttura sotto la direzione di un Maitre super professionale ed attento alle esigenze di tutti i clienti. La mattina abbiamo fatto colazione nella stessa sala ristorante, dove abbiamo potuto degustare tutto il necessario per un'ottima colazione. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

La struttura in sé avrebbe delle grosse potenzialità peccato che è stata trascurata , avrebbe bisogno di essere totalmente ristrutturata e non solo a livello edile anche a livello del personale ! A partire Dal Direttore ! Un hotel a 4 stelle senza servizi . Chiesi al momento del check-in e poi al direttore di poter effettuare la colazione alle ore 7;30 ( per motivi lavorativi ) lo stesso venendomi faccia a faccia e urlando mi rispose che la colazione veniva servita dalle 8 . Allora gli chiesi di poter averla in camera la risposta fu non abbiamo il personale . Ora mi domando ma il direttore è al corrente che dovrebbe dirigere un albergo 4 stelle e che appunto queste stelle sono date anche dai servizi ( completamente assenti ) . Per non parlare dell’igiene del bagno pieno di muffa e ciliegina sulla torta perdeva sia il lavandino che la vasca attrezzata per fare la doccia , al termine dell’uso di quest’ultimi sembrava di essere a Venezia . Il Climatizzare non funzionante e le perdite in bagno sono state fatte presente la mattina seguente il risultato è stato che non hanno provveduto a riparare nulla . Ovviamente direttore non dica che non c’è muffa è inutile dirle che ho provveduto a fare le foto con qualche chicca in più … le applique la informo vanno pulite !
