"The rooms were not guest ready. From my original booking (1king bedroom) it smelled pleasant when you walked in but once inspected it was disappointing. The desk worker was very nice and tried to accommodate us by giving us another room (2 queen bedroom) . Before moving our stuff I inspected and the bed wasn’t AS BAD but it still had stains and hairs once I moved the comforter AND a woman’s dirty underwear hidden by the trash. But it was a bigger room so we chose to stay. I ended up going to buy some cleaning supplies and pillow cases because we did not feel like trying to find a clean room and continue to move. I was with my family of 4 with a new baby and a toddler which was very disappointing to have to go through all that. On top of that we were there from M-W. Monday we got there and had to deal with all that then to feed ourself so we didn’t even think of going swimming until Tuesday evening in which I realized I had left my toddlers beach towel and her lifesaver floaty in the other room . I went for the desk and ask the lady to see if housekeeping found it and reported it and they said no, asked if we could go and check and they said another guess was already in the room I which the guess said they didn’t see anything. On Wednesday morning before we had to leave I asked a house keeper if they found it and she said yes, once we were leaving I asked the desk and they had no idea. I got the towel but no floaty. They were together so weird. Hotel said they’ll mail it "

"Everyone was super nice. Only thing I didn’t like was how the bed was. It felt like it was old only because it felt like it had sunk in the middle part of the bed. It was hard to get comfortable in the bed. But my husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay otherwise. "
