Ça n'est pas ce à quoi on s'attendait

Lors de la réservation, tout nickel, chouettes photos. Mais... C'est noté sur hôtel.com que l'arrivée pouvait se faire à partir de 14h et à notre arrivée, grosse déception, un papier disant ouvert à partir de 16h avec un numéro de téléphone, j'appelle et la dame me dit qu'elle va faire passer notre chambre avant pour qu'elle soit prête à 15h et elle me téléphone dès qu'elle est prête. Elle ne m'a jamais appelé, et me dit ensuite qu'on s'est mal compris. Arrivée à la réception, la dame me dit que c'est bien noté sur booking! Et??? Bref, on prend la chambre, c'est beau et mignon. On prend une douche, et c'est toute la sdd qui est inondée et la Vmc n'a pas l'air de fonctionner, y a de l'eau jusqu' au bord de l'évier quand on se douche, cool pour le téléphone juste à côté ! Bref, on dort sur une bonne literie, et pour le p'tit déj, du pain de mie, on a du demander un morceau de baguette qu'elles allaient mettre au four après notre demande. Pas beaucoup de choix dans ce mini buffet, heureusement que le café était bon. Au moment de rendre la clé, je leur apporte des morceaux de plastique durs qui se trouvaient près du lit et la dame me demande ce que c'est. J'explique que j'ai trouvé ça au bord du lit et que ça doit probablement provenir du pied du lit. Elle me répond : ah ok, merci! Et quoi! Pas me demander si tout s'est bien passé ? Vous avez passé un agréable séjour ? Non, non, c'est normal de ne rien demander aux clients. En résumé, ça nous a dépanné.
