Our recently renovated villa "Les Roses du Cap" is located in the quiet environment of a private driveway. With its swimming pool, large private terrace and garden, it offers an ideal setting for holidays with family or friends. Its spacious and comfortable rooms are all air conditioned. It has three bathrooms and four toilets, a kiosk, a garage and private parking for several cars. Small shops nearby. Its location allows quick access by car to several beaches in the south of the island. (Pointe du Marin, Salines ....)

Belle villa dans le sud

Un séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison TRES bien équipée ( adapté aux nombres de convives), la cuisine est TRES fonctionnelle et TRES bien équipée ( matériel de qualité, en nombre adapté), les chambres sont confortables ( literie et clim efficace et silencieuse ,Les SdB ( 3) sont fonctionnelles avec douche à l'Italienne.Bbq Weber, piscine au sel de taille moyenne ( avec pisciniste) très bien entretenue.Grande terrasse avec table immense pour manger à l'ombre.Deux point d'amélioration possible:- Des brasseurs airs sur la terrasse et le salon TV.- Traiter davantage pour les moustiques ( en particulier autour de la propriété) Merci pour tout !

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Geneviève pendant une semaine pour fêter le Nouvel An entre amis et enfants, et tout était parfait ! La maison est très bien équipée, idéalement placée, et nous avons passé un séjour mémorable. Les hôtes sont attentifs et à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Logement conforme à la description piscine très agréable situation idéal pour visiter le sud de la Martinique. Nous étions six, chacun avait son intimité, toilettes et salle de bain. Très fonctionnel serviettes piscine foutas pour la plage fauteuil également. Pour notre arrivée tardive, le repas du soir était prévu ainsi que le petit déjeuner une attention vraiment agréable. très bon séjour, dans cette belle villa, située dans un environnement calme, les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute de nos demandes lors de la réservation, nous avons été très très bien reçu par Geneviève et son mari, le repas du soir exellent, des provisions pour le lendemain (un dimanche où tout est pratiquement fermé) c'est bien agréable, une discussion fluide pour tous les renseignements concernant l'Ile la villa sa piscine son jardin, tout est parfait Merci à Geneviève et son mari Philippe et sa famille

Séjour parfait en famille

Malgré l'heure tardive à notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Geneviève et son mari avec un délicieux repas fait maison. La villa est très bien équipée à tout point de vue, il ne manque rien. Les enfants ont pu profiter un maximum de la piscine. La villa est située à quelques minutes de superbes plages. Si nous revenons en Martinique, nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner !

Villa Ste Anne

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la très belle villa de Geneviève et Max. Après un accueil très chaleureux (avec un délicieux diner prévu à notre arrivée ainsi que le petit déjeuner du lendemain), nous avons pu profiter de la maison très bien équipée, tant en électro-ménager qu'en nécessaire du quotidien (serviettes de toilette, de plage, jeux pour les enfants...). La piscine permet également de se rafraichir à tous moments. La villa est très bien placée pour visiter la Martinique et découvrir les plus beaux endroits de l'île. Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont charmants. Merci à eux. Le logement est juste parfait. D’une propreté irréprochable ( première fois que l’on trouve un logement aussi propre). Très bien équipé. Toutes les conditions étaient requises pour que l’on passe un agréable séjour. Le voisin propose des sorties en bateau. Nous vous le conseillons également.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la rose des Caps. Habitués de ce type de location, nous devons souligner la qualité de l'accueil et l'équipement très complet de la maison. Nos hôtes ont été très attentionnés. La villa est agréable à vivre et bien située pour accéder aux plages du sud ou profiter des randonnées (trace des Caps, piton crevé coeur). N'hésitez pas.

Vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans la magnifique maison de Geneviève et Max. A notre arrivée,nous avons été accueillis par Maryse qui nous avez concocté un délicieux repas créole et nous avait également préparé une corbeille de fruits.Des petites attentions très appréciables ! Tout le confort y est optimal avec de belles grandes chambres, plusieurs salles de bain et une cuisine tout équipée. L’extérieur est parfait avec une grande terrasse abritée , une piscine sécurisée pour les enfants et un jardin arboré. Serviettes de bain/plage/piscine à disposition , ce qui est très pratique. Il y a même des jeux et des jouets pour les enfants , top pour les occuper et s’amuser ! La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir les belles plages de Martinique . Bref, nous avons passé des vacances de rêve !! Les propriétaires, Geneviève et son mari sont forts sympathiques et chaleureux. Un grand MERCI pour votre confiance et votre hospitalité sans oublier Maryse. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente et à conseiller ce logement à nos amis .

Super maison, super réactivité des proprietaires

Maison ti top, de grands volumes du calme et plusieurs espaces pour etre en groupes ou petits groupes. Pb de clim a l arrivée, un coup de fil a 21h00 et des le lendemain le pb est reglé. Vraiment une belle semaine dans une belle maison avec des propriétaires charmants et reactifs

Superbe maison bien située

Avons passé un super séjour, avons été très bien accueillis par Geneviève et son mari. La maison est parfaite, tout confort, piscine top, terrasse super aérée, tout était parfait ! Si on revient en Martinique, on n’hésitera pas à y revenir dans cette maison. A 10 min de plusieurs plages différentes, proche d’un petit magasin, ce qui fut très pratique ! En bref, super, sommes ravis !
