Upon entering the living room, the exposed wooden beams combined with the charm of the stone will immediately put you at ease, while the French doors on either side of the room offer a view of the outdoors, one of which opens onto the stone terrace and garden. The house is close to numerous shops (pharmacy, bakeries/pastry shops, ice cream parlors, butchers, supermarkets, etc.) and activities (restaurants, bars, brasseries, cinema, collegiate church, museum, and many more), all within walking distance. Children will be well catered for with a water park, playground, multi-sports court, and football pitch. Just a few minutes away, you can escape to Lake Arfeuille for a pleasant stroll. And when it comes to food, you won't be able to resist our culinary specialties such as the St. Yrieix madeleine, Cul-Noir pork, and our local chocolatiers.
