「The home & property was amazing! Clean, well stocked with supplies from the kitchen to items for our five grandchildren (10 mths.-7years) & the 6 adults (39-71years). The pool was magnificent & location was ideal! The owners were kind & accessible before & during our stay. We felt welcome & comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay at this Sag Harbor home. Getting together with our adult kids who live out of state & our grandkids at this home was a perfect way to celebrate my special...

「The house is advertised as having a “Pool with tennis and hot tub,” but not one of those facilities were available during our visit. Granted, the fine print states that the pool and tub are for the summer only (like who needs a hot tub in the summer?), but we specifically inquired about the tennis in advance and were told it was ready. Imagine the disappointment of my tennis-loving family when we discovered that the court was unplayable! The surface resembled a sand pit and was not at all...

「Two families teamed up at Eric’s house and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Bedrooms are comfy, two of which are huge. The common living spaces and laid out nicely and well equipped. Best of all, the pool (which we opted to heat) was tons of fun for the kids. As was the tennis court / bball hoops area. Plenty of towels!Close to beach, close to town. Great spot that also feels secluded in the woods. 」

「Our short trip to sag harbor was planned very last minute. Raymond was more the than happy to accommodate and left us a really nice goody bag to boot !! The house was newly renovated with all the expected amenities. Lots of sleeping quarters yet felt cozy. From the pool and pool house, the outdoor kitchen, “driving range” and gym there was something for everyone !! Raymond was a gracious host!」

「We stayed at the home in late June 2025. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate, although it appears the house now has a longer table, which means more seating (8 chairs3 at island). Pool now has more seating around the pool (4 luxurious chairs.with 2 large high-end umbrellas). We stayed with eight people… Every bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, which was very helpful. The pool and hot tub are amazing. I believe the pool and hot tub were saltwater so you can stay in the pool all day long...
