Unwind in this elegant, tranquil retreat featuring a Jacuzzi and a dedicated office space—perfect for both relaxation and productivity. Nestled in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, you're just a short walk to UC Davis Medical Center. Enjoy a serene atmosphere while staying close to the city's best. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this space offers the ideal balance of comfort and convenience.

We're here for you via phone or message. Self-check-in is a breeze.

This cozy home offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds plus an additional living room/office with a sofa bed. Sleeps 5 people. Full kitchen w/ dishwasher. Laundry room w/ washer and dryer. And we can't forget the private backyard with a HOT TUB HAVEN!!

Our home also features a dedicated workspace for our remote workers.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking in the driveway.

Our property is very close to UC Davis Medical Center.

Entire space is yours. Please make yourself at home! :)

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

Perfect weekend getaway.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The host was very communicative and responsive about questions prior to check in. The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a warm and cozy stay I recommend you book this property. I would definitely be staying here again.

Pleasant house in a great location

This house is comfortable and well-appointed. The beds are great and the kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation. The best thing about the house is its location, especially if you need to go to the UC Davis Medical Center. It is an easy ten minute walk to the main hospital and just a few more minutes to reach other facilities such as the Cancer Center or Eye Center. For leisurely walks the surrounding neighborhood is scenic and safe.
