「This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. 「Nous avons apprecie la gentillesse du personnel, la proprete de la chambre, le restaurant tres bon (meme si seule une petite partie de la carte etait disponible), l'architecture agreable de l hotel et la proximite du centre ville. 2 bemols cependant : les portes-fenetres de notre chambre (103) ne sont pas jointives donc nous entendions les bruits exterieurs et l'accueil ne dispose d'une caisse pour rendre la monnaie le cas echeant. 「The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. 「A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice. They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.」

Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. 」
