とにかくプールが汚い。 シャワーが温かくならない。 アクセスは空港から近くとてもよい。 日本人スタッフもいなく、日本語は通じませんのでご注意下さい。

のんびりしたい方には最適
10時頃にホテルに着きましたが、すぐに部屋に入れていただいて助かりました。 チェックアウトも14時まで無料で延長してくれました。 空港から近いためか朝は団体客が多いですが、日中は静か。プールも広くてきれいです。 私は本館の部屋でしたが、のんびりしたい方はビラがいいと思います。（1500THB/日でアップグレード可） 本館はテラスにテーブルと椅子があり、そこで読書したりコーヒーを飲んだりリラックスできました。 オイルマッサージ（800THB/1時間）など各種スパは自室でするようです。

ﾌﾟｰﾙﾋﾞﾗはゆったりと寛げ、とても良い部屋でした。 ﾋﾞｰﾁへも歩いてすぐに行け、これといった不自由は特になし。 ただ1点残念なのは、ﾌﾟｰﾙの半分にごみや葉っぱ等が浮いていて、綺麗といえるような状態ではなかったです。ﾌﾟｰﾙの清掃さえきちんと出来ていたら、さらに得点は上がったでしょう。

コメントに評価されているほどで全くない。 評価に惑わされて泊まってしまった感が否めない。 立地はプーケットや南部の繁華街から遠い。来るまで片道1時間。長期滞在するなら移動時間が合計で結構になる。 スタッフの対応は英語が分かっているのかいないのか程度でコミュニケーションが面倒であった。 言ったこともスタッフ間で共有されないので、何度も何人に説明する必要がある。面倒だ。 更には、このサイトから予約し当日の深夜にチェックインしたが、予約が取れていなかった。 空港にもＰｉｃｋＵｐをメール予約＆確認メールまで来ていたのに深夜迎えが無かった。 空港で1時間掛け、更には自費で100バーツ、ホテルの値段より高く払いタクシーを手配した。 自身手配500バーツ、ホテル予約400バーツ。ホテルに着いても何もそれには言及なし。 とにかく全体的にのろい。 朝食は毎日同じ。飽きた。種類も特にない。

プールヴィラを利用。 大型ホテルにはないアットホームな雰囲気と、いい意味で構われないので自由に過ごせました。 周りには何もありません。静かに過ごしたい方に向いています。 お風呂とトイレが外と筒抜けなところは賛否あると思いますが、綺麗に掃除されて私は快適でした。 来年の正月休みに再度宿泊予定で、今からとても楽しみにしています。

家族連れやのんびりしたい人向け
カップルで利用しましたが、他の多くの人が家族利用でした。 写真にあるプールサイドの部屋と、受付、朝食を食べる建物の部屋（３階建て）があり、どちらかの部屋になるようです。予約の際に確認した方が良いでしょう。 私達はプールサイドではなく３階ったのですが、その分景色が良いし、カーテンをあけていても見られる心配がなく快適でした。エレベーターなどは無いのですが、荷物はスタッフがあげてくれるので問題はありません。 ナイヤンビーチへも近く、人も多くはなく、少なくもなく、すごく快適でした。一方でパトンなどの繁華街へはタクシーで１時間弱（ホテルに頼むと往復１６００バーツ、運転手は行った先でまたピックアップしてくれる）かかるので、のんびりしたいがメインの人におすすめです。ホテルからはかなり近く１５分程度（３００〜４００バーツ）です。このホテル、ナイヤンビーチそれぞれ日本人には全然会いませんでした。

Our grab app wasn't working so the front desk lady charged us for a cab which should have been $200 baht she charged us $550 Baht. Took advantage of us becauee grab wasnt working. Staff at the front desk was always rude to us. We extended our stay and they made us change room really far away when we asked to keep the same room. Wasnt so clean compared to other hotel's we stayed in the area. Overall front desk ladies arent very nice and very rude to us. Took advantage of us when we couldnt get a taxi as its a more secluded area.

Nice resort right behind a very beautiful clean beach. The pool was great just needed a little more cleaning as alot of nature makes a lot of mess. And the 2 areas it drops off 2 freinds smacked it. 1 with there toe and 1 with thwre handa trying to swim under. Friendly staff and the food was pretty decent

Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Die Klimaanlage hat getropft so das meine Sachen auf der Couch nass geworden sind. Safe viel zu kompliziert um diesen zu nutzen. Lage nicht gut außer das der Flughafen in der Nähe ist. Der Strand war überhaupt nicht schön. Pool war mehr als dreckig. Schlierfilm im Wasser und tote karkalaken. Geht gar nicht. Essen in der Unterkunft viel zu teuer.

We loved our Villa with a plunge pool. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Bed was perfect! The air conditioning was excellent, so was the bar and the room service. The staff was efficient, kind and helpful. They were just so lovely in every way! One of the best hotels we’ve been to. We would recommend it to anyone who is nice enough to appreciate it.

Stayed over night here in between flights. Was calm and quiet. Definitely not a party hotel but that is what I wanted.

L'albergo è carino, pulito e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le stanze sono pulite ma un po' datate e in doccia la pressione dell'acqua è scarsa. La colazione è ottima.

The property is unique in the fact that it is in the National forest. You are a two minute walk to the beach and you can see the ocean from the hotel. The short 5 minute walk to the business area is beautiful through the forest or you can walk on the beach the best coffee shop is your second stop once you get to the business area and the First business is a wonderful restaurant with the best views of the ocean. I would recommend anyone to stay here and the only reason I give it four stars is it could really be a very very nice property with a little more TLC. The rooms are very clean, the flowers and trees are beautiful. Some of the buildings and grounds could use some maintenance.

The property was beautiful and the staff super friendly and wanting the best experience for its guests. The swim up Villa was magical and amazing for its price. Including the breakfast buffet was the correct choice. Our only complaints was that the water out of the shower and tap was on the cold side so we weren't able to enjoy a nice hot bath in the giant tub. Also be aware that bugs do get in (thus the bug net) but they didn't bother us too much. Really enjoyable experience and would recommend

I chose the most expensive room they offer, and it was both affordable and very luxurious. You simply can't beat the quality for price of this property. The restaurant was a little over priced but was very good. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, over a river with a floating raft. About 5 minutes from the room to the sand 👍 would highly recommend if you want a luxury experience on a budget
