「The room was very clean and well appointed, local shops and Rye pier are just a short walk down the road and the hot springs are less than 10 minutes away. Charles is a great host, the big breakfast was amazing, would love to stay here again. 」

「The place was very spacious and can accommodate large group. We had 10 adults and 9 kids with teenagers.Bedrooms, Toilets and bathrooms are very clean.Kids love and enjoyed the common areas.The owner was very nice and cooperative.We are very happy to recommend this place. Surely we will comeback.」

「The house was absolutely perfect. It was warm and inviting and we felt so welcomed the moment we stepped in. We were so glad we took up the gas-heated pool option as recommended and the kids made use of the pool every moment they could. 「Our family group of 14 had a wonderful weekend at Ocean Retreat. The kitchen facilities for family meals were amazing. We enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor area. The spa was a great hit - perfect temperature and great jets. We also used the pool, even though the weather was quite cold. The communal living area was fantastic.
