"Room 238 has bed bugs. I was eaten alive. I did not think to check before I laid on the bed. We had 4 rooms. 2 of the rooms had TVs that were not working. The staff on duty could not get them working and did not seem to mind if they were not working.. The pool was pretty gross. It is sad that we needed to book 10 rooms next weekend at this hotel but had to change to a holiday Inn instead of facing bed bugs again."

"I booked this hotel for one night since my flights were cancelled and most other hotels were sold out. It did have the name though, so I thought it would be ok. The night clerk was cordial. There is no elevator although there is a second floor. There is old gum on all sidewalks . My room was “furnished “ with Goodwill furniture. The bed was a thin mattress on box springs with thin sheets and a very thin quilt. The room had a deodorizer aroma. I turned on the old/ ancient AC which needed it s filter cleaned . Cooled a bit and helped a bit with the smell. I did not walk on the floors. The few threadbare towels were adequate. I was too appalled to take a shower on with a bathtub where the coating was peeling. Attempts were made with caulk. I slept fitfully . You could see daylight through the one inch at the bottom of a creaky old door. It did have a card lock and I door lock. I’ve stayed in many places throughout the world. This was top two worse. Tear this place down ."

"If you want a nice modern room, that looks higher end, this is a solid pick. I felt like the rates were a little high for the area but I enjoyed my stay and do not regret spending the money. We ran into a little issue when I went to dinner. The chef was left solo because the later shift assistant called in, leaving him on his own. As a result he ran out of sauces necessary to execute many of the dishes. He did have some alternatives that he executed nicely and I was more than happy to be flexible given the pressure he was under. He deserves a pat on the back. Breakfast was great the next day and having a reliable place to eat dinner and breakfast was a huge plus for me. Additionally, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I will be back."

"Our stay was great! Breakfast was flavorful and had waffle maker... Beds, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, price and location was GREAT... but since we were on the run all day, did not have time to sit at a restaurant so we took microwave food, BUT our microwave did not worked!!! It turned on but did not heat, and they couldn't replace it. Do recommend this hotel and will stay here again-but, will make sure our microwave works next time!! :) "
