"I booked this rental for a group of ladies for our annual Christmas trip. We had all visited the area many times, so we had planned to simply relax at the cabin for the entire weekend, and this was a lovely location for that. However, it should be noted that the cabin is not at all isolated; there are neighbors close by. The hot tub alone was the reason enough for the 5 star rating. Even though the weather was very cold, we were able to enjoy the hot tub for both sunrises and sunsets because we were protected from the wind. Perfection.There are plenty of beds, blankets, etc. If I had to find a complaint, it would be that the kitchen is not overly well-stocked. We ordered groceries after arriving, and cooked at the cabin the entire time, so it would be been nice to have more options with cookware, dishes, etc. Some guests might also find the furnishings to be a bit dated as well, but that was not a concern to us, and the cabin was decorated nicely for Christmas, which we enjoyed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would book again! "
