Private hilltop location with wrap around porches and endless mountain views. Wood burning fireplace, hot tub, pool table. TVs and wi-fi incl. Follow a private road to easy parking with a large carport. Near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Natl. Park, and Historic Dandridge TN. Proximity to US-40 makes for easy day trips to Knoxville, Asheville, and Biltmore Estate. Close to shopping, restaurants, hiking, golf, and outdoor adventures. Perfect mountain vacation location in any season!!!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Be sure all trash is tied and bagged. No loose trash in the bear box bins. I get charges extra cleaning fees when this happens. Loose trash in bear box bins is a 50 dollar fee to cover my added cost.
Can use heat and cool as needed between 68-73 but don’t use E HEAT mode. It increases my bill 2x . 72 auto seems to be a good setting.
Hot tub back to 95 after use . Don’t exceed 103.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No wood burning fire place use in summer (will get smoke in cabin if too warm out). Can use outdoor fire pit. Enjoy and Relax!
Please place all towels in the bathtubs when leaving to make it easier on house cleaning staff.
No E HEAT mode. 73 to 74 (auto) summer and 70 to 72 (auto)winter recommended.
