Welcome to Villa Palaav—a sleek, modern contemporary oasis in a private gated community. This eco-luxury 6 bedroom Villa features 3 spacious two-bedroom apartment style King suites with their own private kitchens, with 1-2 bathrooms, and open concept living areas. Soak in breathtaking ocean views from 5 of 6 bedrooms, balconies, and sun decks. Enjoy a private pool, pickleball court, billiards room, and mini golf. Sustainable design includes solar power, rainwater harvesting, and smart cooling. Nestled in a secure gated community in the Greater Ocho Rios area of Runaway Bay. Villa Palaav is a luxurious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat just minutes from the white sandy beaches of Jamaica's north coast. Located 30 minutes from downtown Ocho Rios, 45 minutes from Montego Bay, and 1.5 hours from Kingston, it offers easy access to both Donald Sangster and Norman Manley airports. Five of the six bedrooms boast breathtaking ocean views, while the sixth offers serene mountain vistas. The villa is divided into three private, apartment-style suites—each with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, open-concept living and dining areas, and 1–2 bathrooms. Suites feature 3 king-size primary bedrooms and flexible guest rooms with queen, 2 twin beds convertible to a king bed, a queen murphy bed, plus 2 reclining sleeper chairs. All rooms are air-conditioned and most are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Enjoy a spacious verandah with panoramic views, and a lower-level rec room with pool, ping pong, and card tables—plus a dedicated office space for remote work. Outdoors, unwind in the oversized spa and plunge pool, dine alfresco at the 12-seat bar, or gather under our eco-cabana and enjoy the fire pit. The backyard also features an outdoor kitchen with a bar and BBQ grilling station, pickle ball court, and 8-hole mini golf course. Villa Palaav is just a 5-minute drive from a private beach, with several other beaches and top attractions—like Dunn’s River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Chukka Adventures, Dolphin Cove and Green Grotto Caves—all within 30 minutes. Thoughtfully designed with eco-conscious luxury in mind, the villa features solar power, rainwater harvesting, Starlink internet, smart cooling, and energy-efficient appliances and lighting. Perfect for family reunions, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or a relaxing getaway with friends—Villa Palaav is where unforgettable memories are made.
