The shower was not working in the master bedroom. They sent out two people who could not fix it. They said they were sending a plumber and they never showed up. I received a text the next day saying they were not sending a plumber. We had to go outside of the home to access the very small shower so we did not inconvenience our guests upstairs. There is only one jet working in the hot tub. They are aware of this because it was on a review but they never said it wasn’t fixed. The home is not clean which is also on reviews. When I asked them if we were going to be compensated for this issue they said they would get back to me on Monday. I also sent an email on Monday but never heard from them.

The house itself was very nice. However, we felt it could use a deep clean. The floors really need to be mopped. One of the king beds had what looked like dried toothpaste on them and the pillows need to be replaced. The “kids room” with the bunk beds is actually located below the house and has a separate entry. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our kids sleep down there because the only way back into the main house is to exit outside and come in from the back door. We didn’t feel like that was well explained in the description. We ended up buying an air mattress for the kids to sleep on.

July fourth and fireworks.

Loved the location and seeing the wildlife Kitchen was well supplied although a corkscrew would have been desirable (had to buy one since you can’t return wine with a cork when you have no corkscrew). Loved the western and racing decor. The reason for the few low ratings was 1) hot tub water was super cloudy. We texted the property manager and got an immediate response. The spa service team was notified and on it ! Thing was, they weren’t. No follow up provided. Texted property manager again. And no answer. Only got a response after I said I’d be following up with VRBO given the lack of use of a key feature of the property and No follow up with 50% of the vacay gone. Got a response to that. Got a meager amount per day offered off of the total. After the number of bedrooms our other key search criteria was a spa. The lack of reasonable communication on status updates to the loss of use means that we will likely also pass on any properties managed by Hummingbird going forward.

Awesome place

It was cozy and fit my large family great! Only down side was the hot tub didn’t work. I specifically picked this place for the hot tub for the wife and I so it was disappointing that it didn’t work. Other than that, it was great!

Nice House

Very nice house although we didn't end up staying at this property. We didn't realize from the listing that the bedroom with the bunk beds you could not access from the rest of the house. With having small children who we would need quick access to if needed, it just wasn't a right fit for us, but would have been great otherwise. The property management staff were great in helping us find an alternative that fit our family better.

Place was great. A few things didn't work like the hot tub would not get hot but we made do. The fireplace worked for a little bit then quit. All in all was a great stay. Would stay there again.
