Casa Giovanazzi - Holiday home near the Passo Mendola

  • Enjoy the simple but cosy holiday home in a beautiful location on the edge of the forest below the Passo Mendola. The lively pass summit and the Mendel cable car to Kaltern-St. Anton can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

    Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of nature. The house offers enough space for couples and families with a living room, a bedroom, a walk-through bedroom as well as a kitchen, bathroom and a cloakroom. The house has some renovation work to do.

    The upper Val di Non with its marvellous Italian character invites you to linger and enjoy. Guests are spoilt with beautiful landscapes, picturesque villages and a wide range of sports and leisure activities and culinary delights. The Nonstal cycle path runs directly in front of the house.
