「The Hayloft is beautifully renovated, and the property is so peaceful and quiet. The smell of wood welcomes you when you enter the loft. It is immaculately detailed and so clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and each evening, the owners came down to feed the cows; a delight to watch. We walked the trail along the property, and our favorite spot was walking out of the woods into an open field with beautiful green grass and newly planted trees. Absolutely gorgeous!! We will definitely stay...

「Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! 」

「We spent a long 4th of July weekend with family that live in Morgantown. The house was very clean throughout. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Towels including wash clothes and kitchen towels enough provided. Bedrooms big and basement fits a family with kids. Kitchen stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. I would rent again. Very nice owner and nice to talk with regarding our stay. 」

「A perfect location for our family - we put in our kayaks at the state park right around the corner because of the motorboat traffic at the dock access, so we were glad it was so convenient. After hiking and paddling our kids loved playing pool and making smores in the evenings. This was a great house!」
