「We really enjoyed our short stay at Steddles. The house was very comfortable and clean. The facilities were very good and perfectly matched our needs. The location in Chi was perfect and very convenient. Just a quick note: we could not get the pedestrian gate to open.」

「We stayed at the stables for one week. The place was very beautiful and had all the facilities we needed, except for a coffee maker. The large kitchen with lots of utensils made it easy to prepare food. One minor detail was the lighting: in the evening, the available lights were quite bright. Smaller, cozier lights could greatly improve the ambiance.」

「A deceptively large house which has been beautifully updated. The back dining/kitchen area is lovely. Cute courtyard garden. The car park space is very small and difficult to access. Very close to town centre which was great. Easy to walk into town. Would stay again.」

「Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. We were met by Lee who was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about the area.」

The hosts were helpful and the setting is idyllic with pheasants and wildlife all around. Close to lots of forest walks and to local pubs and to the pretty village of Petworth. We were at the cottage for almost three weeks and it felt like home when we left. Very central for a visit to West Sussex and all that it has to offer.」

「We had a lovely week’s holiday in this excellent cottage. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There were nice little touches like tea, coffee and sugar. The torches in the bedside drawers were useful, especially in the night with the step down to the bathroom. The stairs were steep (we are in our late 70’s) but the bannister was good so not a problem. We travelled by train and the cottage was about a 20 minute walk from the station and the same from the town. The car parking would...

「Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...
