「Pool fabulous outlook 」

「Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. The rooms are large, the common spaces are spotless, and having a shared fridge and coffee area was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. 「Excellent food!! Very good bar!! The room was pretty warm when we first entered The A/C only works in you have a room key inserted in the A/C relay. Had to wait a long time for the shower water to get hot, but it did get there. Service people were helpful, efficient and friendly. Will do anything to make your stay remarkable.」

「Staff is very friendly but hotel is old, stained ceiling tiles, stained wall art. Needed a place to stay so we were a bit desperate. Bathroom was adequate and water pressure was good. Nothing fancy about the place and the price reflected that. 」
