"We loved the place wgen we git there. Friendly staff and nice, spacious rooms. It went downhill from there. We ate at their restaurant and the food was terrible. Old cheese on a salad, undercooked vegetables, dry sushi. We coulnt eat it. We were there for an overnight getaway and concert. After the concert, we went straight to bed. The next morning, I turned back my blanket to find this dried, bloody booger on my comforter. So disgusting. We reported it, but just git, "Ew. We should look into that." No apologies. I would never stay here again. "

"Staff were nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy. It’s a really cute place with an amazing location; walkable to the lake, the art museum, coffeehouses and restaurants. Was startled by an unfortunate visitor when showering, right before checking out. They just need to have an exterminator do some work. "

"Very cool spot for my brother and I in our 20s and 30s. Hip area, music, drinks, and food all close by. May not be the best fit for anyone with mobility issues, or who may be sensitive to wear-and-tear of old homes. I saw a previous review comment on some stains they saw - we saw the same thing, but it was clear that the place was very clean. Would stay here again, and made me wish I was younger and wishing to relocate to Milwaukee."

"We had a disappointing experience at this property. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean. There was significant dust throughout, garbage left in drawers, and visible buildup under the bed. In the bathroom, conditioner leaked out of the dispenser and appeared to have been left for some time.More concerning were maintenance and safety issues, including dangerous wiring in a wooden built-ins and a bird nest inside the bedroom AC unit, with birds actively entering the apartment.It is our opinion that the condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations for a short-term rental.We would recommend that the property be thoroughly cleaned by a professional and that maintenance issues be addressed before hosting future guests."
