Guest Access:

The entrance is 100% self-contained. You'll receive a secure code to access the building's common rear entrance, which leads to a shared corridor. Then you'll have a unique code to enter your private loft, located at the end of the corridor. You won't need to meet anyone for arrival or departure.

Private parking is available directly in the alley adjacent to the building entrance. You can park your car there in complete peace and quiet, which is a real advantage in the heart of the city.



The Neighborhood:

The loft is located on Gamble Street, in the heart of the action, right next to restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques, and even a ground-floor Eros&Compagnie store for the curious! 😏
