Radisson Blu Hotel, Rouen Centre
Breakfast was very good. Room was dusty, you could clearly see it on phone and on surfaces. May or may not be fixed by daily housekeeping but needs to be checked. Although spacious Would not consider our room in Luxury category. Location excellent. Staff some more helpful and smiles than others.
