Staff wanted €40 euro upgrade for a room with two beds, stating also the only reason i couldn’t have the room with multiple beds is because i didn’t have a child. I paid for a room with multiple beds, and it read as such on the receipt. Basic customer service, decency and courtesy seriously lacking."
