The open-plan dining and living areas flow onto a large, all-weather deck with unbeatable lake views—perfect for alfresco meals and relaxed evenings. The deck features a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and lounge suite for easy entertaining. There`s plenty of secure garaging for mountain bikes and/or boats.



You’ll also find a ping pong table in the garage and two kayaks with life jackets ready for your lake adventures.



Just 10 minutes from Rotorua’s city centre, the Redwoods, and a huge range of attractions, this is the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

We loved the location and proximity to Rotorua. The house itself was fabulous. It was very roomy and had lots of external space both covered and uncovered. We would definitely return here.
