There’s more than enough seating for everyone to be part of the conversation, or gather round the Smart TV for a quiet movie night. A well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to self-cater your holiday, and with two fridge-freezers there is plenty of space to store all the favourites you’ve brought from home. Dine at the table big enough for everyone to share a meal together, or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the shaded deck.
The young, and young at heart, in your group will enjoy sunny days on the large grassy section. Stage a backyard footy or cricket match, or simply enjoy the tranquility of having this beautifully kept expanse of land all to yourself.

The rooms feature a combination of queen and bunk beds, and there is even a port-a-cot available for use. Two full bathrooms, and two additional toilets provide ample conveniences for everyone. The wet floor shower in one of the bathrooms provides disability access if required.
The Red Barn is situated just 400m from the beach and 3km from the boat ramp, making it an ideal spot to enjoy fishing and swimming on your holiday. The forest for hiking and biking is just 4km from your home away from home, and if you’d like to check out the multitude of activities in Rotorua, it’s just a 12km drive into town.

As this property is set on working farmland, access to the surrounding paddocks is unavailable.Bedroom 4 is located on the mezzanine floor, overlooking the living area.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.Please note, there is a single security camera located above the verandah at the front door, overlooking the driveway and parking area. The camera will be operating at all times, serving as a security measure to protect both the property and our guests and their belongings.
