Car park spaces are limited. This was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel within a year. Both time, we had issues. Last year was the hot water problem and this year, it was water burst in bathroom which led to room change. We were traveling with kids and had 2 rooms next to each other originally. They couldn’t arrange rooms next to each other again after room change. We were a corridor apart. There was no compensation but only apology from the maintenance guy. The reception was not helpful, no sincere apology or offer alternatives. Lucky that we had a very good maintenance staff helped us to fight for room change otherwise we were told to stay in the same room without water as the main tap needed to be turned off!! Really not helpful reception, offered no compassion
