お風呂には虫が複数発生し、シャワーから錆びた水が出てきて困りました。部屋は狭くて過ごしやすいとは言えません。

スタッフの接客はレセプション、レストランともほどほどに暖かみがあり何ら不快な点はなかった。部屋も予約時の希望通りタウバー渓谷を見渡せる眺めの良い部屋だった。アメニティが少なめなのは元々わかっていたのでドイツのホテルでは割り切るしかない。部屋に冷蔵庫とハンガーが現状の２倍くらいあるとより使いやすくなるかな。

ローテンブルクの城壁内の主要路にあり、場所もわかりやすく、清潔で気持ち良い滞在ができました。滞在は 9月初旬の１泊でしたが、ちょうどこの日から市のお祭りが始まり、地元の人が衣装を着てたいまつをかざしてねり歩き、マルクト広場で花火がありました。お祭りがあることを知らずに泊まったのですが、とてもラッキーでした。

クラシカルで重厚感に溢れる雰囲気に感激でした。設備もリニューアルされており不満に感じる点は見受けられません。オーナーはじめフロント、レストランのスタッフの方とも必要以上の愛想は無いものの、自然でスマートな対応が好感持てました。駐車場も歩いて30秒程度の場所でオーナー自ら同行して案内していただきました。レストランからの渓谷の眺めは素晴らしく、窓際の席に案内していただき景色を楽しみながらの朝食でした。特筆すべきは今まで宿泊したドイツのホテルで一番、朝食が美味しかったこと。マリネや野菜を使った総菜が豊富でヘルシーでした。次回の宿泊も間違いなくリピートします。

朝食時、窓側の席に座った所、「2人ならミドル席に代わってください」と言われ、私達は移動したのですが、その後に来た何組かの方々が2人窓側に座っても何も言われず、なんだか差別を受けたようでとても嫌な感じを受けました。 あと、部屋にポットくらいは置いて欲しいかな？

旧市街の中の素晴らしいホテルだった。エントランスが少し分かりにくかった（目立たないようにしている？）のは私だけでしょうか。ホテルスタッフとはチェックイン・アウト以外にまるで接点がなかったので評価が難しい。歴史あるホテルに感じたがバスや洗面といった水回りはリノベーションが入っているようで建物から感じる懸念は不要。朝食は、眺望の良い会場で、とてもゆっくりといただくことが出来た。メニューも多く大満足だが、朝食の開始時間に行っても団体客がすでに食事を始めていて料理を取れずしばらく景色を眺めていた。プレーンラインはホテルからすぐ。午後は観光客が多いので朝食の前後に写真に収めるほうが良い。

最後に不愉快なホテル（典型的な古いドイツ人のサービス）
ローテンブルクの観光スポットの至近に位置しているので，非常に便利でした。ホテルは歴史があり，以前はアパートや貴族の家など様々な用途に使用されてたようです。そのため，廊下の床は木製でぎしぎし鳴りますが，これは趣があると感じました。地上階と１階には広い自由な空間がありビリヤード，エアホッケー，ボードゲームなどが自由に使用できるようになっていました。朝食会場は城壁の一部を構成しているため，窓からすばらしい景色を眺めながら食事をとることができます。部屋は道路に面しているか崖に面しているか分かれますが，どちらも素敵かと思います。ただ，受付の担当女性は英語も堪能ですが，ドイツ語を話すときにに比して英語を話すときは態度が悪く，領収書をお願いした時も非常に嫌な顔をされて，レシートを勢いよく私の手から奪い取って行きました。ホテルはよいのに非常に残念でなりません。さらに冷蔵庫は故障しており使用不能で，シャワーのお湯はほとんど出ないため女性は髪を洗うことができませんでした。機器の更新が必要です。リピーターが少ない理由は滞在が不愉快になるからでしょう。他にも同様の環境にあるホテルはあるのでそちらをおすすめいたします。

日本人団体御用達
ここは場所は良いのですが、日本人の団体が多すぎます。朝から添乗員が大声で説明しており、なんだ中国と変わらないじゃないかと思った次第です。 道路側の部屋も家並みが見られてよいですが、南側の部屋は大変眺めがよく、レストランもこちら側ですが、団体におさえられているかもしれません。

The free breakfast every morning was more than adequate. However, if you get there later for breakfast, there's not much food left to choose from. No air conditioning in summer and rooms are toasty in the morning. The room and bathroom was very large by European standards. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There is an elevator, but there are 5 steps up to the elevator. There is no bar, but you may purchase beer, wine, water and other drinks at the front desk. There is a large game room with air hockey, fooseball and billiards table and tons of seating with tables to play cards. Overall, we enjoyed our springtime stay very much!

They treated us as “untouchables” because I was in a wheelchair. They wouldn’t speak to us, even when they walked by. I’d contacted them telling them I was in a mobility scooter. They wouldn’t even listen when we tried to say we couldn’t go up the 5 stairs to get to the only elevator to get to the “disabled” room. The elevator lets out where there is 5 more stairs UP to get to the room. No bell boy helped us. My husband had to carry it up. Do not go there.

Beautiful seating and breakfast areas. Great location. Rooms could do with an upgrade. Bathroom has absolutely no where to put toiletries and is very dark. Room furniture eg chairs and wardrobe like something from a cheap hostel. Bed is very comfortable.
