Stunning 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo, located in the Silvertip building at the base of Red Mountain. 
A 3 minute walk to the run, a tennis/pickleball court out front in the summer and an excellent location for Mountain Biking at Red.
1 parking space included in a heated parking garage.
This property is beautifully decorated and fully furnished with everything you'll need for a short or long term stay.
Open concept kitchen, living and dining is excellent for entertaining, cozy gas fireplace and a large deck with new BBQ and a patio set to enjoy dinner outside.
The master bedroom queen bed, ensuite bath with tiled in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk.
The shared bathroom has a full tub and insuite laundry.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY
3 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 3 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2-3 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
*Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt. Get in touch for details!
