Beautiful apartment located in the Royal Marine residence, a quiet and pleasant complex with swimming pool and garden, ideal for family or friends' holidays.

The residence is located approximately 1,500 metres from Santa Margarita beach and close to shops and supermarkets.

The apartment, with a surface area of 54 m², is on the second floor with lift and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with double beds, a bright living room opening onto a terrace offering a magnificent view of the canal, a bathroom and a small utility room with washing machine.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and necessary utensils.
