This cozy tourist studio in Roses, ideal for up to 4 people, is located in the quiet area of Canyelles, facing the sea, allowing you to enjoy it without having to use your car. With approximately 36 m², the accommodation has a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a cabin room with a double bed (140 cm), an open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and basic utensils, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. It also has a pleasant 6 m² private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and satellite TV, and is located in a building with access to the beach. It includes a private outdoor parking space. Ideal for couples or families, this studio offers an excellent location, comfort, and good value for money to fully enjoy the Costa Brava.
