"The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was that the hotel does not provide a microwave in the room. Oh, and the shower did not have a shower curtain. It took 3 days to get a shower curtain. For these reasons I chose some place else for my next Florida visit that provides a microwave in the room."

"La atención al cliente es perfecta, pero la playa que tienen privada estaba muy desordenada, como sugerencia y sobretodo para los niños y personas mayores deberían recoger las algas que deja el mar en la playa, por lo menos hacer un camino para pasar. Y no hay una rampa para bajar sillas de ruedas o carritos de playa. Gracias por la atención."

"Unfortunately, with Hotels.com when navigating their website and choosing "Breakfast Included" it Does Not mean that breakfast is included with the cost of the reservation. I complained to their Customer Support 800 number when I was informed that I would need to pay $35 per person for breakfast even though I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having Breakfast Included. Breakfast Included with Hotels.com simply means that breakfast is "available" and may need to be purchased on your own at an additional cost. The Hotels.com website breakfast option needs to be revised to read "Breakfast Available" instead of "Breakfast Included", because breakfast IS NOT included with their reservations. My complaint unfortunately was ignored. This is a blatant case of false advertising."

"The best thing about the stay is the housekeeping department. Our room was very clean, and I am very picky! The housekeeping staff is the best part of this property, and they deserve raises. The negatives are the elevators didn’t work. The indicator light was non functional so riders don’t know what level they’re on, or even if they went up or down! Front desk unorganized. I got my key card with codes on the back but no one told me what it was for. I later found out it’s a code for the gate to the beach. Found this out after getting locked out and walking around the whole property! They could have explained this at check-in! The hotel charges a $45 DAILY “RESORT FEE”! An email was sent last minute to disclose the up charge. Too late to do anything as flights are booked. MOST ANNOYINGLY, the hotel forces valet on patrons at $45/ day…plus tip valet every time we want to use our car. It wouldn’t be so bad if the hotel did valet service correctly. But our cars were held hostage while we waited in lines in the heat. I could see my car a few feet away. By the time we’re in the car, hair frizzed and feeling irritated! I wouldn’t stay there again."
