I do want to mention no drapes on the large living room window or glass back door could be a safety issue for future guests, we were able to drape a light covering on the front window for nighttime privacy so it didn’t diminish our time there. Would definitely come here again!"

"We spent Christmas at this property and had a wonderful visit with our daughter and granddaughter. The location was a bonus - quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. With so much room, our granddaughter spent one night with us which was a plus. The backyard patio with a table and chairs was a great spot! We sat outside and watched two beautiful sunsets while we were there. Fortunately, the weather was perfect. It is also a perfect place for joggers or walkers since it is right on the golf course which has a sidewalk all around it. I noticed other reviews mentioned the kitchen accommodations - we cooked Christmas dinner easily except we could have used a couple of saucepans. Other than that, we had a plethora of dishes for our dinner. Also, I will endorse what other reviewers have said about the host, Jeannette. She was prompt in answering any question I had. A great host! We had a very nice stay!"

"The newly renovated house was great. Very well done. And having a fenced yard for our dog sealed the deal. Plenty of room for everyone. Only downside for us was the location. We were further away this time from our family and outings. That said, the house was very nice. "

"The rental was extremely clean and had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. This included all kitchen, amenities and supplies and very much appreciated towels, and blankets for the pool in for lounging around the house. There was ample space and the bedrooms were set up really well so that you could have potentially two families and kids sleep comfortably. The backyard was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit."

"Talk about embellished. This "three bedroom home" is actually a home cut into two separate rentals. In the downstairs rental, the "full kitchen" is actually just two hot plates and a sink next to the washer dryer and the water heater. A single outlet is above the hot plate, one already is used by a microwave. Absolutely false advertising. You also cannot change the temperature downstairs: upstairs probably has access to it. It was close to 110F during my stay and there was only a single fan to share between my party. The "third bedroom" is actually the back patio refurbished to be a bedroom, my third person was too scared to sleep back there. She ended up sleeping on the couch instead. "
