Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was courteous and the room was clean. Right next to the Red Line train so very easy to get to from the airport.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the second time, and I found it to be quite satisfactory.
The hotel is nice. This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the area around the hotel has many dining and shopping options. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I will likely return.

The hotel was great only thing I’d say is if your paying for a room there the spa should be included not an extra fee other than that I loved it

We had to call a second time. It turns out the battery had died. It took quite some time to get us in the room and we almost missed the performance we had paid for, next door.
Then, when we left, it was apparent that one of the valet staff had changed the radio station and got the floor quite dirty. The...
