Stay in this comfortable holiday home on the Costa Tropical that is ideal for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. The spacious house offers direct access to the garden and the communal swimming pool. A short distance from the property is the seaside beaches and Playa Serena golf course. Moreover, there are numerous cozy restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the residence. A visit to the nice center of Aguadulce (15.5 km) and the impressive Castillo de Santa Ana is also very worthwhile. The residence has its own kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining room on the ground floor. Below is a private garage and above that, you will find the master bedroom. On the second floor are the other bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. All rooms have air conditioning and heat pumps and one bedroom has a small balcony/terrace for private use. From the living room, you have access to the rear of the terrace.
Beach towels are not included For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted Parking places 1 It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Between 22:00 - 10:00 and 14:00 - 18:00, guests are kindly requested to respect peace and limit any noises Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.

La casa se corresponde 100% a lo anunciado, está cerca de todo pero en un sitio muy tranquilo. La limpieza, comodidad, y detalles de la casa hacen de la estancia un episodio TOP. A 5 minutos andando de la playa y de la zona de compras y bares. Los patios delantero y trasero hacen que siempre encuentres una zona fresquita. Muy muy recomendable, volveremos seguro
