Villa in Conilhac with Private Terrace

The traditional 3-bedroom holiday home in Conilhac-de-la-Montagne is a perfect stay for wine lovers as well as small families and groups. This beautiful child-friendly villa has private terrace, spacious barbecue and wonderful garden.

The kids will enjoy themselves tremendously at the park with its tree climbing activities in Alets-les-Bains, located at 16 km. Tennis court, bakery, daily groceries and restaurants can be easily found within 8 km only. Golf course is 35 km far away.

The scenic holiday home has a large living room with TV and DVD player, an open kitchen with all modern amenities, required sanitary facilities and beautiful garden furniture. Here, you can enjoy your glass of homemade wine on your apartment's private terrace and park your car on the large parking area. Beziers airport is the nearest airport from the villa only 41.1 km far away.

Erg vriendelijke ontvangst. Heel erg bereid om alles te vertellen, al spreken ze alleen Frans! Het huis is prima met 3 slaapkamers en goede bedden. Een airco was fijn geweest want bij 38 graden wordt het binnen ook erg warm. De omgeving is werkelijk fantastisch. Wakker worden midden in de wijngaarden met uitzicht op het wild. Boodschappen doe je in Esperaza op 8 km afstand. Het zwembad biedt verkoeling wat er fijn is hartje zomer! Wij komen zeker graag terug.

De aankomst en ontvangst was uitstekend, zeer vriendelijke mensen, 2 avonden bij de eigenaars aan een fles wijn gezeten en wat gegeten, Jean-Pierre heeft zelf kippen met lekkere eieren daar hebben wij ook van genoten. De woning is ruim van opzet met goede voorzieningen en door de grote lindeboom voor de woning blijft hij redelijk koel. Het zwembad is brandschoon,water was wat fris maar dat was even wennen Het waren de eerste weken met lekker weer ,voordien was er veel regen gevallen

Vi hade en så bra tid under vår vistelse i detta mysiga semesterhus, Stället var superrent och hade alla moderna bekvämligheter vi behövde, Jag älskade att sippa mitt hemgjorda vin på den privata terrassen medan barnen lekte i trädgården, Det var fridfullt och borta från stress och jäkt, men ändå nära nog för att hitta lokala affärer och restauranger, Utomhuspoolen var uppfriskande, särskilt efter en dag av att utforska närliggande sevärdheter som Carcassonne-katedralen, Skulle definitivt stanna igen i en handvändning!
