The Living Area

Entrance Area:
- Coat rack, mirror, and space for your shoes

Ground Floor:
- Living and dining room + fireplace (with seating area, sofa bed for 2 people, Smart TV with Waipu TV)
- Access to the patio + garden (garden chairs and lounger, grill)
- Fully equipped kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc.)
- Shower/toilet (equipped with towels, hair dryer, and toiletries)

A staircase in the living and dining room leads to the attic:
- 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom + 2 bunk beds (no standing room) -> accessible via a ladder

You can park your car in nearby free public parking spaces.

Please note that additional costs may apply:
- Tourist tax: 1.00 euro per person/night

Our vacation home is located in an idyllic, quiet vacation park on the edge of the forest in the health resort of Ronshausen. The park features a reception desk (open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.), a tennis court, a volleyball court, an Italian restaurant (new as of 19.11.2024!!!), a kiosk (open seasonally), a children’s playroom, table tennis, foosball, darts, playgrounds, play and sunbathing areas, outdoor chess, barbecue areas, a sauna (advance registration required at the reception desk), an indoor pool (open during reception hours), a fitness room, a solarium, a laundromat, bike rentals, rentals of GPS geocaching devices, and during peak vacation seasons: children’s entertainment as well as guided hikes and excursions to local attractions.
