Exceptional

This hotel was exceptional. The main hotel was 4* but the accommodation chosen was the boarding house close to. I suggest the standard was every bit as good as the main building. No fault whatsoever. Following a very good meal in the 4* hotel restaurant a quiet evening was enjoyed. Would stay again.

Erstmal war schon auf Ihrer Webseite nicht vermerkt daß man in einer anderen Location einchecken muss. Dann war das Zimmer sehr warm- hat nichts unternommen wie z.B. Vorhänge / Gardinen zuzuziehen um es erträglicher zu machen. Dann war auf dem Tisch eine angebrochene Wasserflasche gestanden. Nach Telefonat wurde mir eine frische zugesprochen - doch nichts ist passiert. Es war auch noch eine tote Biene auf dem Fenstersims und Fliegen im Zimmer. Entsprechendes Spray konnte mir auch nicht gegeben werden. Konnte dann die Nacht kaum schlafen da eben zu warm (3x kalt geduscht!!!). Und das alles zu einem Preis von 85€ ohne Frühstück ( kostet 23€.extra). Viel zu teuer. Ich reise viel durch Inland/ Ausland. Das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Erfahrung die ich in über 35 Berufsjahren gemacht habe!!! Nie wieder werde ich dort übernachten! Auch gab es nur vom Buffet zum Abendessen für 35€.sodass ich dann mich mit Produkten vom Supermarkt versorgt habe.
